Park Description It is located on a plateau that rises out of Kamikawa basin to a height of 220m. It commands a view of Mt.Taisetsu. Tokachi mountain range, as well overlooking the clear running waters of theIshikari river in the midst of breath-taking scenery. Spread out over an area of 40 hectares, this large park encloses a wooded area, together with thelargest collection of a very pretty flower of Hokkaido, Katakuri, which can be seen in full bloom from the last of Aprl.
